Aging & Alcohol

Project Overview:

When it comes to substance use disorder, older adults have particular
vulnerabilities. Isolation, physical health problems, medication, and depression can make substance misuse more common. This toolkit includes four social media posts with captions sharing advice on how older people can stay safe. Health providers and other organizations are encouraged to copy & download the content to be shared around their community platforms.
